We examine digital, documentary, visual and identity evidence, and interpret it in the context of the matter rather than in isolation.

ForenSys provides independent forensic services to support criminal, civil and regulatory investigations. Drawing on multidisciplinary expertise and experience across different investigative environments, we deliver forensic examinations, investigation services and expert advice to help clients understand, interpret and present complex evidence with confidence.

We examine computers, mobile devices, storage media, cloud services, email and networked systems to recover and interpret evidential material. Our expertise in imagery, documents and identity lets us read digital evidence against the wider evidentiary picture rather than in isolation.
We examine passports, identity documents, security documents, handwriting, signatures and suspected alterations or counterfeits, assessing document features, production methods and evidential characteristics for border agencies, investigations, litigation and court proceedings.
We analyse digital imagery and video for authenticity, enhancement, comparison and content, including indicators of manipulation, fabrication and AI-generated material, to establish evidential value and reliability.
We assess identity-related evidence across biometric technologies, digital identity systems and forensic comparison methodology, spanning facial comparison, identity verification processes, and the detection of identity fraud in both physical and digital domains.
We gather, assess and interpret information to support enquiries, litigation, fraud matters and complex investigations, applying forensic and analytical expertise to produce findings suitable for legal, regulatory and operational use.
We offer obligation-free discussions to determine whether forensic analysis is likely to provide meaningful evidential value. We will be upfront if we think further examination is unlikely to assist your matter.
A government agency needed an evidence-based way to assure large volumes of static data before migrating it, including where the source environment may have been compromised. ForenSys designed a file-level assurance model that categorised data by risk and identified indicators of compromise.
